HARRISBURG – A Borough of Christiana Council meeting on Wednesday, April 26, will include discussion of planned improvements to the Water Street Bridge. Community residents are invited to attend.
During construction, drivers will be directed to follow a detour along Route 372 (Germantown Avenue and South Bridge Street). Construction is expected to begin this summer.
The construction project is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. More information on the program is available at www.parapidbridges.com.
