HARRISBURG – The Senate confirmed the nomination of Patrick McDonnell this week to serve as the new Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
McDonnell had been serving as Acting Secretary since May following the resignation of former Secretary John Quigley.
