Special Education Funding Formula Commission Approves Final ReportI was proud to participate as a member of the Special Education Funding Commission which released its final report this past week. The commission was established through the passage of Act 16 of 2019 to review the formula which directs state funding to school districts in Pennsylvania for special education. In creating the final report, the commission used the results from an Independent Fiscal Office survey of school districts in Pennsylvania.
